Wedding Package
There is no more romantic and exotic wedding than right at the beach - and Matemwe Lodge can offer couples the perfect setting on their beach or on your own private veranda. Matemwe will cater for your every need - ranging from the administrative side of a full ceremony to the romantic honeymoon beach dinner, without you having to go to any office (a government official will be at Matemwe to conduct the official ceremony).
The ceremony takes place on either the pristine beach or on your private veranda overlooking the Indian Ocean, under a beautifully decorated palm leaf arch with fresh flowers.
A local band and singers accompany the ceremony and create an exotic zanzibari occasion.
In the evening a private celebratory evening dinner will be
arranged either on the beach or on your private veranda (weather permitting) and after dinner you can enjoy your wedding cake prepared by the Matemwe
Chef.
The following day a relaxing massage awaits the newly married couple.
The wedding includes a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine as well as a flower bouquet for the bride made of beautiful fresh tropical flowers. You will
also receive a CD-ROM with digital pictures taken by a professional photographer capturing all the beautiful moments of your wedding.
